Our lawn program is specifically designed for the environmental conditions in Northwest Arkansas. Each perfectly-timed application builds upon the last, working to choke out weeds & restore your soil for a vibrant, healthy lawn.
1. Lawn Aeration
September-October: Lawn Aeration is a vital technique that creates small holes in the soil, improving air, water, and nutrient penetration to enhance grass root growth and lawn resilience. With better water retention and nutrient absorption, aeration revitalizes the soil, leading to a healthier, lush landscape year-round.
2. Organic Based Fertilizer + Spot Treat Problem Weeds
September-October: Optimum development of the turf occurs during this time of year. We take advantage of the root development period for the lawn an supply it with increased levels for the nutrients it needs. This application is also beneficial to newly seeded lawns to help develop a stronger root system.
3. Free Pre-Emergent + Fertilizer + Weed Control
October-December: This application will consist of the valuable nutrients that your lawn needs to promote green up in the following season and to make it through winter. We will spot treat any weeds that are present and the pre-emergent will help prevent crabgrass from invading your lawn.
4. Pre-Emergent Crabgrass Control + Fertilizer + Weed Control
February-April: This application will consist of a fertilizer high in nitrogen, crabgrass pre-emergent, and weed control. The purpose of this visit is to provide the lawn with essential nutrients to help bring the lawn out of winter dormancy and give it an early spring green up. We also spot treat any weeds that are present. The pre-emergent will help prevent crabgrass from invading your lawn.

6. Organic Based Fertilizer + Spot Treat Problem Weeds
May-June: Summer can be a stressful time for your turf. This application will prepare the lawn for summer through a balanced fertilization and broadleaf weed control application. This visit will occur during the time of year when weeds begin to see disease and insect activity and we can inform you of the options that will best control or prevent these problems.
7. Grub Control Treatment
May-July: We use the industry’s longest lasting, #1 insecticide to help control grub damage on your lawn. We apply grub control in the early summer to target grubs during a time when they must feed constantly to survive. The grub control we apply is an appetite suppressant that keeps grub worms from feeding on the root system of your lawn.
8. Organic Based Fertilizer + Spot Treat Problem Weeds
June-July: This application is a balanced fertilization designed to help the lawn recover from the summer stresses. We will also make recommendations on seeding, aeration and other beneficial services, as needed on an individual basis.
